Poor service. Ordered ahead on the app. Walked in sometime later. No customers on line. No one at drive through. 6 employees behind counter, charting and joking around, no drinks or orders being fulfilled. After a few minutes of waiting, I finally approached the counter and inquired about my order. And only then did someone start working on my drink. I was the only customer at that time. So I this location gets 1 star for poor service. And the blonde espresso I ordered was mostly milk and sugar and barely any espresso flavor.

Typically I like this location, however today the staff did not seem motivated and they messed up my drink. The staff was talking and not making drinks, while my online order sat in their inbox. Additionally, they messed up my order and did not put the mango pineapple pearls or the lemonade. Although it is newly renovated and very clean, the service tainted the experience.

Came in for a Grande Strawberry Crème Frappuccino and it was perfect! The whipped cream was fresh and the drink was perfectly blended. This location is easy to get to and very welcoming.

Came off the highway and close by was this location. Parking lot available shared with a Taco Bell. I noticed lots of outdoor seating plus much more inside! Super clean inside, lots of windows, plenty of staff, electronic order billboard, bathrooms, merchandise, and a fun bunch inside. I will come back around this way again.

I’ve been to a bunch of Starbucks locations and they’re all great but this location, specifically the staff and the quality of the drinks was exceptional. I left the store smiling because the staff was so pleasant. Plus it’s pistachio season and they made my drink perfectly. Like 10/10 best cold brew. Shouting out specifically: Nico (The barista who made my pistachio cold brew) for Drawing a kitty on my cup and making my day. And for making a really amazing cold brew!! Next thanking Casey for her customer service, she was so kind and welcoming and her smile could light up a room. She is perfect face of the company and greeted me with kindness and empathy. Speed and efficiency didn’t stop them from paying attention to me and attending to me as needed :) Lastly, Sean was awesome and kind and efficient. Quickly moving through orders but smiling to welcome me as I walked in to pick up my order. Starbucks is lucky to have all of these wonderful staff members. Even though it was a busy morning I didn’t feel rushed or like hurried in any way, and this team is really making the difference. I have locations closer to me but I will be coming here specifically from now on!!!! Thank you so
